The Park Theatre performing arts center campus has multiple opportunities for rental. Whether to produce your own stage show, have a business meeting, hold a private event or party or use it as a production stage for film or television. Plus, rehearsals, too.
The William David Eppes Auditorium – 333 seats – A spacious hall with amazing acoustics. Also, equipped with a Christie projector and 17-speaker surround sound. Green Room and 2 dressing rooms. 30′ wide proscenium stage. Can project DVD BluRay, laptops, Roku streaming & Hollywood movies.
The Michael B. King Auditorium – On our second floor with 77 seats for film or live audience events. Can be configured any way you want it. Seats are moveable. Meetings, education, workshops, lectures, parties, dinners, and more. Can project DVD BluRay, laptops, Roku streaming, and Hollywood & independent movies.
The Lounge – Can accommodate up to 30 people. Located right as you enter the building on Main Street. Intimate and fun.
The Lobby is a large spacious area located below The Lounge. Home of the Fifth Mountain Mural and our concession area. Can accommodate 60 people.
River Street Theatre – 30-seat intimate film and live event space. Can be used for rehearsals and video production with a green screen wall. Currently not available for rental.
