Kevin J. Graham of The Voice joins Blues legend James Montgomery, Grammy Nominee Jon Butcher, J. Geils Band Bassist Danny Klein & others to benefit local Vets
Rockin’ 4 Vets brings a “Rock n’ Roll Circus” to the Park Theatre in a benefit event for the local Veterans organization Rolling Thunder.
The show will feature New England Blues Legend, James Montgomery, long-time leader of the James Montgomery Band and member of the Johnny Winter Band. Joining Montgomery will be guitarist Jon Butcher, of Jon Butcher Axis and Experience Hendrix.
Joining the show will be Jeff Pitchell, a member of the Connecticut Blues Hall of Fame, who has performed and recorded with artists such as the Allman Brothers, Dave Mason, Rick Derringer, and Clarence Clemons.
Other performers on the show will be Danny Klein, co-founding member of the J. Geils Band and Kevin James Graham, a recent contestant on NBCs “the Voice” and a member of judge, Reba McEntire’s team.
Rounding out the bill will be drummer, AJ Vallee, a former touring member of The Southern Rock All-Stars feat. members of Molly Hatchet, Marshall Tucker and Blackfoot and having performed with both Chris Hicks and Chris Anderson, former longtime members of southern rockers The Outlaws; along with bassist Tim Archibald, a member of former Boston guitarists band Barry Goudreau’s Engine Room and of the of the American Vinyl All Star Band with Barry Goudreau and Jeff “Skunk” Baxter, and wrapping up the band is keyboardist/vocalist Todd Farland from the Stones tribute band, Nasty Habit.
With this line-up you can expect a good amount of classic rock featuring original material, some Johnny Winter, Jimi Hendrix, J Geils, Allman Brothers and much more; all for a GREAT CAUSE!!!
